Grammar

French grammar and its conjugations are not easy for anyone, not even the French. However, a solid foundation is necessary if you want to be able to develop your writing and speaking skills.

The key to master French grammar is simplicity over complexity. I always aim to break the learning curve.

I break down grammar concepts to make them more digestible and understandable and also guide you to know what you should focus on.

Exams

Prepare and practice for an oral or written exam, whether for your studies or your career. If you feel stressed about your oral and written exams, don't panic. I will determine your level and evaluate what you need to be ready. I will be by your side until the big day.

Homework

Get help with your homework and essay assignments. Whatever your level, beginner or advanced, and whatever the type of work, oral or written, I can help you.

Pronunciation

Mastering French pronunciation should be your priority if you aim at speaking fluently in French in having a natural pronunciation. Over the years, I have developed a simplified but very effective method for mastering the pronunciation and phonetics of French.

Confidence

For some students, perfectionism gets in the way of fun while learning French. Others may feel self-conscious and shy, causing them to freeze despite knowing the words.

If it resonates with you, it may discourage you from even attempting to speak French.

However, know that you're not alone. Thanks to my extensive experience working with American students, as well as my personal experience, I can help you overcome mental blocks and build confidence, ultimately allowing you to speak French.

Study Skills

Most people are clueless about how to learn a second language to become fluent in it. Based on the latest research, the experience of polyglots, and my own experience, I can guide you in developing your French language skills in an English-speaking country while helping you stay on track.

Trip & Move

Having a minimum of knowledge about the language and culture is always a good idea before visiting a foreign country. If you are planning a trip to France, Canada or a French-speaking country, I will design a short program targeted to your needs to ensure the best experience with the locals.
